Description of refractory materials for glass kiln

1、 Clay bricks are used for the bottom of glass furnace. High strength castables are used to prefabricate large blocks. The prefabricated bricks have high compressive strength, high fire resistance, good thermal shock resistance, and the price is better than traditional clay bricks.

2、 Refractory material configuration for regenerator wall: mz-70 sintered mullite standard brick is used in the middle and lower parts instead of magnesia chrome standard brick; Mt-85 electric melting mullite standard brick is used in the middle and upper part of regenerator instead of 97 high-purity magnesia brick (standard brick). The material has high temperature resistance, high load softening temperature, good thermal shock stability, good creep resistance, slag resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance when used in alkaline environment of regenerator, which is better than alkaline brick.

3、 Refractory material configuration for regenerator lattice: m-70 sintered mullite lattice brick is used in the lower part of regenerator, mt-75 electric melting mullite corrosion-resistant lattice brick is used in the middle and upper parts of the lattice, and mt-80 mullite corundum andalusite lattice brick, zirconium mullite lattice brick or mt-85 electric melting mullite corundum andalusite lattice brick is used in the high temperature area of the middle and upper parts of the lattice, Zirconium chromium fused corundum lattice brick is selected as the top layer, which has the characteristics of high compressive strength, high fire resistance, high load softening temperature, especially high thermal shock stability and good corrosion resistance.

4、 Mullite series products are neutral refractories. Especially for the glass furnace with petroleum coke as fuel, mullite and fused mullite corundum series bricks are better for the regenerator of glass furnace, and glass furnace with other fuels also has high cost performance.
